All our titanium rings are quality guaranteed and come with a worldwide guarantee card. Each ring is individually crafted to your specifications and we always ensure that the quality and workmanship is of the highest standard. This guarantee also extends to include any possible defect in materials. We stand behind what we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your ring, we will reshape or remake it free of charge or refund the cost of the ring if returned within 30 days of receipt.
NB: Due to the nature of titanium it is always best to make sure you choose the correct size when ordering. However, if for any reason your ring does not fit, we will resize it and return it by registered airmail free of charge. Please note that it may not be possible to resize some custom made rings and/or rings with stones.
